First, the homogenized samples are extracted with acetonitrile and salts. Four methods have been established: The original method with 10 or 15 g of sample material, the method according to EN 15662 with 10 g and the 2007.01 method with 15 g of sample material. The supernatant organic phase is then purified using the dispersive SPE technique. We offer ready-made kits for each of these methods, both for extraction and for the subsequent purification step using dispersive SPE.
Select the extraction kit suitable for your desired method (EN 15662, AOAC 2007.01 or original 10/15 g sample). For sensitive analytes, such as pH-sensitive pesticides, the buffered salt kits are particularly suitable.
Depending on the method and matrix, select the appropriate dispersive SPE kit to purify an aliquot of the extract in a 2 mL or 15 mL centrifuge tube from interfering Martix components.
